Who is Hugh Webber, and what is ZephyrHillMusic? 

I was a member of the London-based Platinum Songwriters Academy, where I built my confidence further as a collaborator, writing with platinum-selling songwriters and independent recording artists. 

I was even shortlisted for a London-based Musical Theatre project.

I have worked on lyrics and top lines for music tracks. Through my representation with BMG Production Music and Clearwave Music, I have achieved sync placements in a Netflix series, ITV show ‘Secret Crush’, and ‘Farmer Wants a Wife’ Australia!

I also regularly work for hire writing lyrics for European producers, Music Production companies, and US clients. This is via my SoundBetter profile, where I have completed nearly 30 projects.

Co-writing / Collaboration

I’m a creative collaborator who loves writing strong songs with fantastic singers. Working with talented artists and singers is my favourite way to write new songs. 

It’s all about getting together and creating something greater than your individual ideas, and as a creative, I live for those special moments during a co-write when you are onto a great idea or an addictive melody.

Derived from my love of American town names, this is also the name I go by for my released co-writes, and more recently, my own songs.

Lincoln Road Album Project  

“Yellow Lines” that run all the way from your two feet until the last street. Where big skies and endless highways are your everyday. My first single, “Yellow Lines”, was taken from my debut album “Lincoln Road” – the culmination of a 2-year writing project. 

I’m normally a collaborator, but for this personal project, I only looked inwards. I did it all myself, wrote, played and recorded everything, mixed & mastered. Most importantly, it’s my vocals on every track.
