There have been times when he has stopped touring and cut right back on live shows, and during these times he has worked as an Entertainment Agent, Artist Manager, Concert Promoter, Sales Manager for Fender Guitars and talent spotter. He has also recently added Radio Presenter to his various sidelines, but everything has always been music-related.

These days, he owns a recording studio complex in Kewstoke called 13 Sound Studios, just outside Weston-Super-Mare, 10 minutes from Junction 21 on the M5 Motorway.

Ken’s son Charlie is the house engineer, but Ken still comes to see if he can assist in any way, maybe add some keys or help with backing vocals, offer advice on releasing product, touring, gigs or any other aspect of the business, maybe puzzling the artist. In brief, he is available to any client that comes to the studio to record in any way they need so help.
